Perishable Goods (Coffee & Treats)
All coffee is roasted fresh to order, and handmade treats are perishable.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, whether opened or unopened.
However, if your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
Personalised Items (Coasters)
Personalised items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or with an error.
Brewing Equipment
Equipment items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.
If the item has been used, it cannot be returned.
Faulty Items
If any item arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
How to Return an Item
If your item is eligible for a return (unused equipment, or a faulty/damaged product we have agreed to replace):
- Contact us first with your order number and details.
- We will confirm whether the item is eligible and provide return instructions.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and in resaleable condition (for equipment).
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund or replacement within 3–5 working days.
Return Postage
- Any returns will be done at your own cost. We are not responsible for return postage costs.
