Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes where required.

We do not store card details.
4. Placing an Order
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation.
This does not guarantee acceptance — an order is accepted when it is dispatched.

- we cannot deliver to the provided address
If payment has already been taken and the order is cancelled, we will issue a refund.

Please note:
- Perishable goods (coffee and treats) cannot be returned unless damaged or incorrect.
- Personalised items (such as engraved coasters) are non-returnable unless faulty.
- Equipment may be returned within the statutory period if unused and in original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist.
